What buyers say about ExpertPower 12V 5Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Rechargeable Battery
This is a very high quality LiFePO4 battery that is reliable and gives the rated capacity and a little more, and it has been great for running some strand lights in the backyard for a few hours.
We usually go camping with a 43qt compressor fridge, but at times that isn't enough, so I use a 288Wh portable battery.
It is a very difficult one, on one hand, the quality is excellent, the capacity is accurate, and it seems to be made very well, but it is also a bit expensive for a lot of people, and it will cycle thousands of times instead.
I have been using this little 12Ah LiFePO4 battery for the past month as I have been designing and working through DC circuits for a sailboat, and it charges well on a 5-amp smart charger and was shipped at 85% charge.
This was tested with many different applications and will be replacing the battery for the utility trailer break down system after a while.
Common Questions
Is it possible to charge this with a regular car charger or a special one?
We recommend the 12V2A charger for this battery.
Can this battery and bms survive being wet, like the sla battery I use to power pumps in my canoe?
It can survive getting wet, but take steps to protect the terminals from making contact with water.
How much will it be if that shows the capacity of the beettery in mah?
5000 mAh is the capacity of a 5000 mAh USB power bank, but it's at 12.8V, so this has a lot more capacity.
Will it work on Razor electric scooters?
It would drain it very quickly.
I want to use 2 of the 12ah in a ups that charges at 27.7 for sla's. What float voltage is required for these lifepo's?
I don't think these would work for thatUPS. Full charge voltage should be 14.4V (28.8V for 24V) Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
