    I had to slide it out because I couldn't get one terminal to fit. As far as I am concerned you can trust Interstate more than the generic Chinese batteries you see listed and the prices are.


    The battery was received in a timely manner and I was able to cancel my order if I wanted, as the picture on the Amazon website was not correct.


    It was shipped and received on time, but not 5 stars because it wouldn't know until the battery has been in the system for a year or so to see if it holds up.


    The Fios back up battery can be replaced with a new set of prongs, which are exactly the same as the ones in the box that hold the battery.


    The batteries arrived quickly and are usable immediately, even though they had a charge and were shipped separately. This issue is you need a "Interstate Battery Decoder ring" to understand the actual battery manufacture date.

    We did not charge it before the time, but replaced the old one with this one.

    The battery that we ship for this listing has a terminal type called the F1.

    Is the warranty on the battery a replacement or pro-rate?

    A:

    I'm not sure what the warranty is, but it's a direct replacement for my FiOS box, which was not on warranty or past warranty, worked out fine and seems to be doing its job.

    Is this a deep cycle battery?

    Yes. Regular SLA batteries are not deep cycle compared to AGM batteries.

    Would this battery be able to power a 12volt fishing aerator without charging it every time I use it?

    A:

    All battery of this type needs to be charged. If you want to use it for a longer period of time, you need a regulator.
