  • What buyers say about Ellie Midwood's The Girl Who Escaped from Auschwitz

The story of Mala and Edward, how they met, feelings of love, and how they got ready to leave the hell they had been living in, is told in The Girl Who Escaped from Auschwitz.

I say that this is my favorite book of all her novels every time I finish it, and I find myself up at almost two o'clock in the morning eagerly turning the final pages.

I would recommend this book to fans of war story, romance novel and Jewish history, as well as fans of Ellie Midwood, if you're looking for a heart wrenching, absolutely devastating story of two lesser known heroes of Aushcwitz.

This is an amazing novel that needs to be made into a movie and I can't wait to see it.

They promised to try and escape together or die trying, and it is a heartbreaking love story with many moments of beauty in between.
