    I asked for this book on a hunch, loving the synopsis but not really knowing what to expect, and MAN OH MAN did Madeline Martin deliver, I will definitely read it again.

    It is a very well-written book, it is compelling, and it will make you feel cramped, but you will be impressed by the description of how you can get to the nearest bomb shelter during the London Blitz.
