What buyers say about Grady Hendrix Paperbacks from Hell: The Twisted History of 70s and 80s Horror Fiction
This book is not written by Will Erricksen or Grady Hendrix, but by me, a round-up of all those glorious, trashy, brilliant, infuriating, genius, rubbish novels.
It's a good book for two reasons: it entertains as you peruse the pages and read about the different books, and it also gives you a chance to appreciate the odd and sometimes odd artwork of their covers.
The book is beautiful, if it was just a book of pictures, it be worth the price, but there is great writing to go with it explaining the golden age of horror books went threw.
I had read a few volumes but haven't yet read many of the others, so I'm going to be looking for fun treasures at used book stores.
You can tell it is dark by the title, but you can't tell how funny he is because he puts in a lot of information I didn't know.
