  • What buyers say about Creality Original 3D Printer Heater Block Silicone Cover MK7/MK8/MK9 Hotend

I am pretty sure that Creality has updated their design, since they have a smaller nozzle hole, they fit more tightly around the nozzle, and cover a bigger part of it with just the tip poking out.

It's easy to install and does the job, it's a good fit over the standard heater block for ender 3.

It only took seconds to install as the fit on my hotend was perfect.

This is a perfect replacement for the stock cover that got stuck in the extruder.

The Longer lk4 pro hot-end fit perfectly, keeping the temp slightly more stable.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Will it fit the cr6 se?

    A:

I tried it on my own and it didn't fit.

    Q:

Would it fit the Ender 5?

    A:

long as the hot end is the MK8 from creality, it should.

    Q:

Will they work on the cr-10s mini and cr-10s pro?

    A:

It should as long as you have a microswiss hotend.

    Q:

Is there a glue stick included?

    A:

You need a glue stick for these, they just fit over the hot end to insult it.

    Q:

Why bother with my ender 3, which came with one? I used it for a week before discovering it wasn't packing material.

    A:

Silicone socks on the hot end are necessary to detect a consistent temp. Fluctuating temp causes jams and clogs and thermal runaway, which is why eventually the silicone will become brittle and crack and rip.
