The fans produce a constant drone so they are not annoying, and I can run the printer with the closet door open and not mind the noise.
The upgrade was easy to install and I did not hear any noise from the stepper motor, which is why I highly recommend it.
I had to replace my drive because the lever arm on the printer broke, and I couldn't print without it.
It is really nice to get it in, once you do, I will also post a video of it so that you can hear it.
