The dual Z allows me to level the sides manually without having to re-tighten the X axis screws.
It came with more hardware, one extra long screw, short screw, and a couple extra t-nuts, but I spent$15 to get the 2 extra t-nuts I needed.
The kit is easy to fit, but it takes about an hour if you are quick. I used it to upgrade an Ender 3v2 which has been fitted with an E3D Hemera.
If you want to learn how to install the new Z-axis parts, you should watch a video that shows how to do it.
It works well so far, I can level the dual Z manually without having to re-tighten the X axis screws.

I'm not sure I understand the question.
The motor of this kit has Creality branding on it. Is it a genuine kit?
The stepper motor isn't branded by Creality.
Since it is the same size and configuration as the cr10, will it work with longer lk1?
Yes. You can use it on Longer LK1.
Is the lead screw 8mm with a 2mm pitch for the ender 3?
The CR-10 kit comes with a longer z lead screw.
Are the instructions included for the Ender 3 v2?
It's not hard to install, mine came without instructions, but you might struggle a little with it, there are plenty of videos with detailed instructions on how to install it.
