I know there are a lot of different opinions, but for me the most important thing to do is to make sure that the outer wheels of the printer are not too loose and that the Z stops are set right so that the x goes up and down evenly.
I think it's worth pointing out some of the nice features that they have integrated into a model at this price point, if you're not a pro.
It appears to me that I can get quality superior to my Ender 3 in a lot less time, since I have no real tuning except for messing with settings in the slicing software.
If you want to use it for speed, turn off combing and Zhop and use the factory settings that come with it on the card.
It was very easy to set up and it even printed the test file that came on the SD card quite well.

The Anycubic Vyper is better than the Defeat Ender 3 pro because it has a better extruder, a better hotend, a removable print surface with better adhesion, dual Z endstops, improved part cooling and larger printing size.
