  • Common Questions

    Q:

Where can I get a new bed mat? It's so smooth my prints won't stick to the glass.

    A:

You'll love Bedweld, it's expensive but one bottle will make thousands of prints.

    Q:

I don't know if the ender 3 max ships with the v4.2.7 mainboard version or if I need to upgrade.

    A:

I received my board in early January and it is still shipping with it. It is a silent board and honestly the fans will be your biggest concern as far as noise goes.

    Q:

Is the issue fixed with the endstop?

    A:

I used an M4 8MM with a t-nut and was able to get the z endstop to be adjusted just like the regular ender 3/pro.

    Q:

Does this printer work on Windows 11 or Linux?

    A:

I can't say that it works with Windows 10, you put files on micro sd and put the card in the printer.

    Q:

Is this print from a Chromebook?

    A:

I would advise you to search online for your question to see how people have solved it using a Chromebooks, as you would need a program that can slice and create an STL file.
