The screen issue is not a problem, it is a 4 star product, and a handle or pair of knobs on the lid would be nice in future versions.
It was ready to go when I unpackage it, level the build plate, zero the axis, and install the resin tank. I found a really handy tool kit that included Allen wrenches and extra screws.
If you want to get a replacement screen for your laptop, you will have to pay for it, but if you just pay attention to this potential error, you will be able to get one free of charge.
There are no artifacts or cornflakes in the prints, and the printer is using Elegoo resins, which makes it easy to figure out optimal parameters for a printer.

It is restocked often, just in limited quantity, and it sells out fast. I really wish Amazon would offer a backORDER option for pre-ordering items that are currently out of stock.
Is it safe to use it indoors?
It's not bad if you have a fairly ventilated area, but if you crack a window in winter it will really mess up your print jobs. just be careful about cracking a window in winter because the resin takes longer to cure at lower temperatures and that will really mess up your print jobs
