I'm guessing your new to 3d printing a stl file is just the model you need a slicer program, the slicer is where the options of print temp, supports, resizing and ect takes place, and then turns the stl.
Does it include any needed software?
It comes with everything you need to 3D print, but if you want to design objects you need to use a different program like Tinkercad.
What is the difference between this at $206 and the other MKK creality ender 3 pro 3d printer on Amazon?
I don't think you'll find the Ender 3 Pro for $206.

The ender3 with spoon has a height of 27 1/2 width, 17 1/2” and the depth of 18 1/2, but these measurements are close.
What is the warranty length?
I believe Creality has a limited warranty on all their printers.
