  • What buyers say about Comgrow Official Creality Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer

I picked this printer as my first printer because it is open source and it has issues, but it is a great one and I have learned a lot from it.

The Ender 3 has been a hot item for a while now as beginners try out 3D printing at a price point under $200.

I asked my friend if there was anything wrong with the setup, and he said no, but I am able to print with Cura, but I have to manually set the offsets closer to the center of my print bed.

You will get good results without any upgrade, but you will need to watch a professional video to understand the device and how to assemble it.

I upgraded my rating and opinion of these people, but I don't think it should have gotten to the point that I left a bad review because of inadequate service.

    Common Questions

    Q:

Does it come with any software?

    A:

If all you are doing is getting models and printing them, this is all you need.

    Q:

What is the size of this unit?

    A:

The base footprint requires a flat 12" x 12" surface, but certain parts need a bit more space, such as the display panel overhang.

    Q:

Is this printer capable of printing Abs and petg as well?

    A:

You can adjust the bed and nozzle temperatures for each of the different materials in your slicing software, but it's important to make sure that the bed and nozzle temperatures are the same for each of the different materials.

    Q:

What is the current version of the board?

    A:

The board does not come with the printer, but Creality sells a Silent Main Board that is 1.1.5 instead.

    Q:

Is the unit upgraded to a hotter unit over the non-pro unit?

    A:

The hotend of the Ender 3 Pro is the same as in the PRO, but it uses an MK10 extruder.
