    I think the batteries were packed in small plastic bags. These batteries are easy to open, and I love that they don't have consumer packaging.


    It is almost impossible to open consumer packaging to keep children from swallowing them, so it is a good idea to check the voltage.


    I am not sure how long they will last, but they work.
