It's great to have a pill that stays in tact during shipping. Doctors Best 5-HTP enhanced with Vitamins B6 and C provides a drug-free support for sleep, mood, anxiety and stress.
I bought a bottle of vitamins from the store where I live and within a half hour, I felt no anxiety, no panic, and I just felt like I had just received a gift card for life.
I'll probably only recommend this supplement to people I know will benefit, and I'll probably use a brand that doesn't contain magnesium stearate or Silicon Dioxide.
I don't sleep well at all if I take the pill in the morning, but it did take me a few days of taking the supplement for these benefits to kick in, but now if I take the pill in the morning, as I usually do, I don't sleep well

The bottle says it's manufactured in California, but it's not clearly stated. I have been using it for over a year and have had excellent results, but I definitely recommend the one without the vitamins.

Are the expiration dates of these suplements?
The bottle should have the expiration date and lot number stamped on it.
Is rice powder an ingedient or not? It is shown on one of the "other ingredients" but not on the other.
I received a subscription and save that didn't have rice powder, so I guess they need to take down the old one.
