What buyers say about Natrol 5-HTP Time Release Tablets, Promotes a Calm Relaxed Mood, Helps Maintain a Positive Outlook
I quit before any benefit was noticed after the nausea, anxiety attacks and insomnia made me say "OK that's it, enough" and go ahead and try 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine.
She liked them so much she wanted more and I haven't been getting the phone calls she's used to, but she's happy with little to no arguing, and she's still taking them religiously.
I took these for a couple of days and noticed a change in my appetite, but I still hadn't noticed any change in my weight.
I have been using this product for about 3 months now and it has made me so much more energetic and happy and my family and friends say I seem to be more cheerful and energetic.
It is very mellow and subtle, but I feel it could be easy to build a tolerance, as I only take 1-2 (100mg) after breakfast and take a break from them on the weekend.
