What buyers say about NOW Supplements GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 750 mg Neurotransmitter Support , 100 Veg Capsules
I can honestly say that it works, I take Glycine, Seriphos, and L- Theanine every night before bed, and within 20 minutes or so, I'm off to a deep and dreamless sleep with no wakings or groggy side effects.
I took 1/2 before bed and then 1/3 after, but didn't feel any difference, as I thought maybe I was taking too much at one time.
I have never written a review before, but if you are ready to make a decision on whether to buy this, I will be here to tell you that it works.
It seems to help with cognitive function as well as boosting memory, but I haven't had any panic or anxiety attacks since I've been on this.
I have always had trouble sleeping, and with this I am feeling much more rejuvenated than I have ever before, it's showing in all the known and documented ways as well.
