It's not often that I wake up and get a good workout in before the alarm goes off.
I have been using the 5-HTP for the past few months and I have to say it has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep and the way I feel when I wake up in the morning.
I like the way that ZMA makes me feel more rested while I sleep. Even on nights I only get 4 hours if sleep i feel more rested while I am on ZMA than I do when I do not on.
I've taken ZMA and it's worked for me, but I'm not sure what it is. I thought to try this out but it doesn't have the same effect.
I know that sounds crazy, but ZMA-5 is the best sports supplement I have ever taken, and it's true, for me at least, pre- workouts help with motivation and post- workouts help with not being sore, but ZMA-5 helps.
