I don't know about the warranty but these batteries and charger work well, and we have a device that requires a 9v battery; lasts a lot longer 3-5x of regular 9v battery and of course you can just keep swapping and charging.

What is the meaning of a red flashing light on the charger?
It goes from solid red to solid blue when done, so try putting the battery next to the one blinking.
