What buyers say about EBL AA Rechargeable Batteries, 1.2V 1100mAh
When I contacted them, they went the extra mile to help me, because the batteries come about 60% charged, and you need to charge them with a charger.
I have used these in a flash light and an XBOX controller, both applications met my expectations, I purchased the higher capacity EBL NiMH batteries, and I can say that they are A+ for EBL.
The seller initially offered to send new batteries, but later said they would give me a partial refund, so I gave them credit for that.
I checked these periodically throughout the night for the first few weeks and found they were much more stable, and the memory effect of charging in certain solar lights seemed to have caused this.
When the sun goes down, the lights go on and off, but they last about 12 hours because of the batteries I replaced.
Common Questions

Yes. It is possible to replace other capacity NiCd AAA cells battery.
I don't know if these batteries will over charge if I charge them without a Regulator.
I use a 2.0V 2"x2" solar cell and batteries in good condition without a charge controller or IC protection/charging regulator chips.
Are the batteries pre charged?
The batteries charged after the first night, but 5 of the 12 lights did not come back on.
Will batteries work in radios and flashlights?
I don't know, these are Solar lights, which are charged by the sun for lights that are outdoors as far as I know.
