I usually use only 80mg of the anti-gas tablets, the version of which I call the Gas Relief tablets, but this one has 500mg of Simethicone; meaning it is my go-to to anti-gas tablets.
It can be hard to find Phazyme in other parts of the world, but I'm very happy to be able to buy it on Amazon.
