I bought this to polish small items I forged, but it also works well for cleaning up old, dirty wood that had just been lying around in the yard, or to just get the dirt off.
The twisted wire cup brush is not the same as the one that works well and holds up with zereo wire loss at the higher speeds of the smaller angle.
I used this brush to clean the rails around the pool, it held up very well and did a nice job, I'm ready for more after using it for about 25 rails.
