I've been using a light welding jacket for a few months now, and I've been happy with it, especially the way the slivers get through the cotton.

I used this on my grinder to get some rust off of some piping that I needed to plug in and set up, but it took me a little longer to get it done because I needed toTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkiaTrademarkia

I used it to clean the metal after it was cut by a saw and to brush forged hardware to make it look better.

I tried the bristle type grinder brushes and they were very slow to work on, but I was glad I tried this product because it was the perfect wheel for the job.

These are a great product for cleaning up steel and concrete, and they are very easy to use.

    Common Questions

Is it possible that this would work to remove paint from masonry?

I ended up ordering this without an answer to the question and found it to be great to remove paint from masonry.

Is a mandrel required to connect the wire wheel to the drill?

No, only connects to the threaded shaft of an angle grinder.

Can I use a drill to remove the dirt from the grout?

It would be a waste of time and money to use a length of allthread and washer and nut, and you would scar the tile.

How can you use it with a drill?

It's better to buy a drill chuck that's made to be used in a drill, rather than searching for one that can attach the wire brush to it.

Will this work with the DEWALT D28402K Small-Angle Grinder?

You remove the outer disk nut and thread it on, using the disk nut tool to make it loosen up when you need to change it.
