What buyers say about Forney 72745 Wire Bench Wheel Brush, Coarse Crimped
I am very pleased with how well the wheel knocks away the rust and I will be updating the review if there is an obvious manufacturing defect.
The motor wouldn't start because it wouldn't be touching in many places, but once I adjusted the assembly, it worked great.
I have had wheel that were almost useless and unsafe before, but they seem to be well balanced now.
It works well, but how long it will last isn't known. But so far, I'm loving it.
It was difficult to get this centered on my grinder as it is fat. I used washers and through trial and error, I got it to work.
Common Questions
Do you use more than one for tension?
I only use one.
What is the width?
I've been using mine about a year and it measures right at 3/4" so I'm thinking out of the box would be 1" since I made my purchase.
I can't tighten the brush with my grinder because it's 0.79 in (20 mm) thick. How do I get this brush to replace a wheel that is 0.79 in (20 mm) thick?
I don't have one for sale but almost any hardware store should have one.
