What buyers say about Where the Wild Ladies Are, by Aoko Matsuda
I didn't know much about Japanese folk tales, but the reviews made me curious, and the short stories were just the right length to read over a coffee break.
I fell in love with the first page of Matsuda's book, it was the most diverse and thought provoking collection of ghost stories I had ever read.
It was a pleasure to read this book, I was not sure what to think but the short stories were just the right length to read over a coffee break.
Thank you to Soft Skull Press and NetGalley for the copy!, Now available, WOW.
The author has links the stories and characters to a mysterious company, and I was very happy to find short synopses of original versions of the stories at the end of the book.
