The blood pressure monitor accessory was good, but I was a bit worried that it wouldn't fit in our plugs, since it looked different on the website, but it was good and it fits into our Australian plugs.
The adapter works well and there is no indication on the screen when using the monitor.
I use this cable to keep my form going and it is much cheaper than buying 4 batteries that only last a few weeks.

It can. You lose the date and time when you plug it in, but any data is stored as close as possible.

I can't say with 100% certainty that the machine will charge them, but I can say that it can be used to operate it.
