Is the power supply compatible with the air 10?
I don't know much about much of the technical talk but the best advice I can give you is to pay close attention to the pictures to make sure the adaptor looks like what you require and look at the power box closely because it has all you need.
Is it in the original manufacturer's packaging?
I don't remember how the original was packaged, but mine was in the box and appeared brand new, including a hot "Twist tie".
Is it a ResMed brand product or a knock-off brand?
Within that review I posted photos of the new adapter I received and the one that came with my original machine.
I have a model 370001 that will work for this.
The Resmed units listed below have an adapter that is a perfect match for the one provided with your unit.
My machine is a single pin, but the plug that goes in the cpac is a single pin or triple pin.
