    It seems like they've updated the product at least once in the last year. I have three I've bought from Amazon that have "Regulated" printed above the large "ADAPTOR" verbiage, have a 300mA rating, and are a larger.

    I agree with AJ Rugged's answer, the Planet waves 9V power adapter is designed for use with one device with a power draw of no more than 300mA.

    Does the power supply work for my dymo label manager 160?

    2 Amps is 2000 mA, this supply is rated for 500 mA so it can only supply 25% of the current your device needs.

    Is this different from the standard Boss pedals?

    I use it to power a DittoX2 looper pedal, which is the same pedal I used to use before the Boss power adapter died.
