What buyers say about What Were You Thinking?: Learning to Control Your Impulses
This book has made a difference for us, even though it isn't for everyone. Sometimes you need the repetition so that it really sticks.
This is a great book to help you understand impulse control and a simple 4 step plan to learn how to control impulses. I found it helpful and I'm sure the rest of the family will too.
The last 4 cakes I made, they stuck their hands in and destroyed them before they were even cooled, raising eyebrows at that page, because they were realizing how much damage was done to our desserts before they even came out of the oven.
I have three children with attention deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and this book was a necessity. I was very happy reading the book to the kids.
I loved this book, it was easy to read and my five year old struggled with impulse disorder.
