I have been using these for a long time and now I say it works well. You don't have to use it every day, but you do have to wake up not hurting.
The item is a good value for the price, but its effectiveness was less than other brands.
I like the fact that I am able to sleep quickly and wake up without a back ache.
It's a great value because you can get it at the store for less than what you would pay at a store.
It works as it should and helps sleep come quicker. Sometimes we need 2 but rarely, and that's on us for not stopping things that keep our minds going early enough before bed.
