I had several days of chance to try the Rapid Release Gels and the generic one, and I have to say, they worked better than the other one.
The box needs to be bigger for older eyes to read the information, so I think keeping it comes would be a great idea.
Since this is rapid release, make sure that you don't take more than 500, but you can see the laser drilled holes in each one.
I did not find that my pain was any better controlled, but I did find that I did not have stomach pain from the time release factor.
My wife just got done having multiple surgeries down below her belly and this has helped her so much and the doctor prescribed the opiate medication, but they have not helped her thank God for this medication that works great.

How long do you think the pain relief will last?
I use this for headaches and the rapid release gel capsule do give me headaches relief with in a half hour. The headaches are usually completely gone in 45 minutes to an hour.
Does it have any caffeine in it?
It is best to check with your doctor if you are unsure about taking it, as the active ingredient is 100% acetaminophen.
How is it possible that it works?
I usually use it for tooth ache and headaches, but within the minutes of taking it, I can feel the pain reduction.
Is this free of gluten?
The Tylenol Extra Strength PM is not on the gluten free list, but the Tylenol Regent Strength PM is.
