The caplet size and shape is not a problem for me, as long as you use gelcaps and tablets, as well as generics and store brands.
It works well for minor pains and aches, and I love that I can get it without leaving my house.
I find Extra Strength caplets to be enough and last more than six hours, and I also take them when I have a headaches and they work well for that.
