I was able to get rid of an illness that I had and was not much worse than other probiotics with Lactose.

I have never been more regular, and I feel much better, but to my surprise it does what it says it does.

I was hesitant to take these pearls, not expecting much of a difference with my daily GI issues, but to my surprise, it does what it says it does.
