What buyers say about Yamaha APX600 NA Thin Body Acoustic-Electric Guitar
It is very easy to play and I will be very satisfied with the purchase if the amplification works close to the general acoustics I have experienced.
The new guitar is light and has a slim body, which is a huge plus for me. The built in tuner is also a huge plus for me because I am so sick of using my standard app on my phone.
I chose the Yamaha APX 500 because it was a guitar that met all of my criteria, but at a reasonable price.
If you want to play guitar, this is the best guitar you can buy for $100. If you buy a starter guitar, you will stop playing and end up buying a better one in 6 months.
I decided to do a lot of research when I decided to try again after my husband started taking guitar and bass lessons and I discovered my son plays guitar and bass.
Common Questions
What is the width of the body in inches? My rogue rd80 is 16" wide and I'm not happy about it, I'm looking for something smaller than 14".
The guitar is 42.2 x 5 x 19.7 inches and it's very comfortable. If the specifications are not on the Amazon page where it is sold, it should not be trusted.
Is the sound hole round or not?
The guitar has a small neck.
What is a good bag for this?
The hard case fits perfectly and there is a small cubby for strings, picks, strap.
Is this "real" wood or particle board thick?
The width is the same as my cell phone, but the top sides and back are not cheap "particle board".
Is there a package deal that includes a case with the white "600" model?
I didn't see a package offer when I purchased mine.
