What buyers say about Crossrock Classical Guitar Bag
I bought a small Yamaha guitar to travel with and it would be better if the entire package was more compact, with an even better fit to serve that purpose, 1/2 point taken off for padding thickness and 1/2 point for the increase in bulk due to the loose fit.
The material feels sturdy, the straps are comfortable, and the outer pocket is large enough to hold my music books, it's a good fit for my parlor guitar.
The Crossrock brand of soft guitar bag is excellent and the fit and finish is outstanding, as well as the use of good materials, which is clearly visible. The padding is a firm 10mm that really puts your mind at ease compared to the many inferior products out there.
The pockets are large and can hold a music book, as well as strings, picks, and other accessories, I bought this for a Gretsch Jim Dandy 12 feet, short scale parlor guitar, and it creates a very safe gig bag for it.
The bag is made of sturdy material and it fits my new Cordoba Mini II FMH perfectly.
Common Questions
Is the guitar too tight of a fit for this case?
My daughter keeps her 39in Jay Turser in one, it's a tight fit, afraid so.
Does this fit a thunderbird bass?
It depends on the Tbird, get a molded case for it, and maybe that bag will work even if it has to be modified.
Does this fit a full size fender strat?
It's a very durable bag and will fit a full size guitar.
Will the 1/3 size bag be the right size for a 34 inch long by 12 1/2 inch wide Yamaha fg- jr-1?
My martin cutaway and taylor cutaway fit well, I think.
Is there enough padding to protect the guitar if it fell?
I have dropped my guitar several times with no damage, it is a very well made bag.
