What buyers say about Fender CD-60S Solid Top Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar
I received my kit today and was a little nervous as some reviews said that there wasn't much. I received everything I should have, and could not be happier, 20 years ago I tried learning right handed, and gave up because I was a lefty.
I have just got my new guitar and I have to say that it is very easy to play and looks gorgeous. The accessories and lessons offered by Fender are very useful as well.
The guitar is well-constructed, nicely finished, easy to tune and comes with an assortment of goodies, most notably a digital tuner and extra set of "light" strings, which are easier on beginner fingertips.
I have been playing my Fender Strat for a long time, and I wanted to get another acoustic, but I was concerned about the quality of a lower price-range guitar.
I was skeptical about the quality of the lower price-range guitar, but I am very happy with it.
Common Questions
Is the Yamaha better value than this one?
If you played both instruments side by side, you could make a better decision.
Is it possible for it to be restrung with nylon strings?
I'm a new guitar player and don't know the answer to that question, but I believe the sounds with nylon strings wouldn't be as sharp and clean as with metal strings.
Is it an original fender product?
I think it's manufactured in China.
The amount of pressure on strings by fingers makes some guitars more difficult. How does this guitar relate to that?
The action isn't too high as an acoustic you have to press a little harder.
Is the soft gutair case fender brand also?
I love the guitar, but it's very cheap and paper thin.
