    I have been using Elixir strings for many years on both electric and acoustic guitars, and have been impressed with their tone and longevity, but I noticed today that the G string on my guitar was missing.


    The difference is amazing, I never got as good a tone as I hoped for from this Swedish 1962 Levin thats know for its rich sound.


    I've been using these for a while now and am very pleased with them. The reason why I reduce one star is that I find if I finger-pick the strings, the nail swarf curls around the strings.


    They sound great and make you a better player because you have to apply even direct pressure or the pitch can change as they bend.


    I am pleased with the new strings I have received from Eixir, they are some of the best I have ever used.
