What buyers say about Martin Guitar MA545 Authentic Acoustic Bluegrass Guitar Strings
The guitar had a rough set of strings, so I used the new Martin light gauge 10-47 Phosphor Bronze strings, and it plays like a million bucks.
The MA 530 are the best acoustic Amp combo I've ever played with and they sound amazing both plugged and unplugged.
The extra light strings from Martin make it possible for the bridge and saddle to not become too tensioned, which in turn will make strings move further away from the guitar fingerboard.
If you want a darker tone with more scooped mids, you should go for an 80/20 bronze instead of a 92/8 phosphor bronze, as it will have less resistance tocorrosion.
I was under the impression that it was a 3 pack, but I am happy with the overall product, just not the price I paid.
