The customer service was great and the nail chippers work just like the pictures above, I would order from them again.
I wanted to put these to the test first before I reviewed them, and so far they have held out great. I bought one from Kiss after my original clipper literally fell apart and it was broken within the first day.
I ordered this before the nail shops opened because my nails were driving me crazy and I wanted to use it at home.
The three tools worked well, but I wish the cuticle pusher was a little thinner so it wouldn't hurt the nail.
I love that it has a guide on the shape of the cut.

If you feel the clipper is too tight for you, you can loosen the screw with the screwdriver anticlockwise, and adjust it to the tightness you need.
