I don't know if this book will make someone want to read it, but I think it will be funnier than A View From the Top, where the writer intended for you to be sad.
I loved the way the author presented his view of the past without nostalgia, and I confess I didn't like his take on this film.
It is so terrible that it swings back around the spectrum and becomes great again, like Mariah Careys Glitter. If you have seen the movie, I highly recommend this brilliant book.
The book is a triumph of sarcastic wit and searing intelligence and I was so happy to read it that I didn't even bother with the rest of it.
