He is a good narrator and is always interesting, the book can be read in many ways, including a guide for actors, an interesting insight into the world of movies, an insight into an array of stars, and Michael has met and worked with pretty well everyone who has ever worked with him
The book can be read in many ways, including a guide for actors, an insight into the world of movies, an idea into an array of stars, and Michael has met and worked with pretty well everyone who's anyone, from John Wayne to Lawrence Olivier, Christian Bale.
It felt like you were listening to a personal session with him as he was always interesting and a good narrator.
It was interesting to see snippets of his earlier films, and gossip on some of the past stars still household names, but Sir M decided to keep some of the info.
I enjoyed how Michael described his life as a young child and how he got into the entertainment business and met and worked with many great actors, as well as his family, who he describes as having great love and affection.
