Since Sony uses a lot of characters from the Fantastic Four and the X-Men movies, there is an exception that allows them to make action figures out of them, as long as they are made by the same company that uses them.
The head with the tongue sticking out was loose upon opening, but he is very fun to play with and easy to get into dynamic poses.
I was very pleased with the Venom Figure, it arrived 3 days before my son's Easter basket was due, and it made it possible for me to put in my son's basket on time.
The figure is a bit pricey but it is worth it because of the many poses and movements you can do with it.
