I was very pleased with the quality and loved that the hammer remained in Thor's hand as he was excited about completing his Avenger collection.
The packaging clearly states that the hammer is included, but the seven year old tore open it, thinking it was a birthday present.
I paid 27 dollars for this toy but it is not worth it because it is not as good as the action figures at 5 Below.
My kid loves this toy, it comes with a hammer.
This action figure and the series of figures it is a part of are great and so far everyone in our house has been deemed worthy.

The figure has limited movement but arms move up and down, along with legs, and limited movement with hands and head, but would still recommend for around $10.

I don't believe the helmet comes off, it was a gift.
