The first one has open wounds, which makes it look like a meaner Kreuger, while Part III adds some really cool elements, such as a chest of souls, satanic head, etc.
The paint work on this figure is amazing and it is one of the best horror items I have ever bought.
The flames falling off of Mr. Krueger's back is a problem that I have no problem with. I will purchase a few more from Neca.
I used my orange lava lamp as the boiler room lighting background for my Freddy pics, they look like shots from the actual films, especially horror fans!
The box has a little crease in the front window display but other than that, it is a great fig and would buy again from this seller.
