I was able to get it cheaper at a store that sells toys like this, because I took a picture of the pirate ship and face that opens and closes.
The action on the pirate ship is great for kids that don't like pirates, and you can even make them walk the plank with slight adjustments to the angle of the cannon balls.
It is a great toy for a 3 year old to work on his own and not need assistance and it comes with lots of accessories that are fun for him.
I brought this toy for my 3.5 year old atand I think it is a great gift to open up on Christmas.
You can use the cannon, make someone walk the plank, grab a boat with the claw and imprison your enemies, it only comes with two figures, but we used our army men and pirates to add to the fun.
