It is soft and controllable, which is better than some of the older fabric ones and plastic ones. He can keep his rifle on his back, and there is a gap from the back to the cape so it can be stored.
The figure is a good one for someone who is a fan of Star Wars or the Baby Yoda show, and it is a good gift for that person.
He should have come with a cloth cape because it looks good in vanilla poses, but the plastic one is in the way of posing and he is unable to pull off a 2 hand sniper pose.
The cape is made of plastic and rubber and can make it hard to pose, so it's not a good thing. A fabric cape would allow for more dynamic positioning and likely look better, too.
