    I was thankful to take a gamble on this yeast as it seems to be doing just fine, even after using it 3 times in the last few days to make bread machine bread.


    I have been using this product for bread, pizza dough, and soft pretzels and have been very happy with how it has turned out.


    I put it in a dark air tight jar after opening it and the yeast flowed just fine.


    I was surprised I got it because of the bad reviews, but it foamed up quickly and I made cinnamon rolls with it.


    This packet of yeast came quickly and we have used it five times, it is healthy and potent, and works great at a good price.
