    The texture is very thin and you can mix it with anything you want, but I can't say it has increased my energy levels.


    I have had friends try it and some thought it was weird, but I like it and have other friends that do as well.


    I find it hard to get B1, so I like to eat it on popcorn with olive oil and crushed salt.


    I use it on a lot of my casseroles and vegetables because it's a supplement for my vitamins B and C.


    It's very nice and we've been using it on everything.
