I adore the nutritional yeasts taste and its easy for some to correlate it with the cheese's nutty profile, but I can't think of any reason to replace it.
It is only 60 calories, but it contains 90 percent of the B3 (niacin) that is shown to help with cholesterol in a natural way.
I love cheese and when I was told I couldn't have it because of an allergy that happened in my 30's, I was very nearly bereft.
I have been using this product for the first time and I am very impressed. I use it on my popcorn every evening and I will definitely be ordering more.
I don't think the price is fair for what you get, and these are packed full of vitamins and trace minerals, so I don't have to worry about my stomach if I have too much.
