  • What buyers say about Lallemand Instaferm Instant Dry Yeast Leavening Agent

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order, I had ordered it and thought I would have to wait a week to receive it.

I vacuum sealed the rest of the yeast and stored it in the freezer, so it was a great savings.

I have been able to bake again thanks to retirement, but it has been difficult to find yeast for baking in the area because of the virus.

The owner immediately dealt with the problem and sent me a gift to make up for the mistake, but he also told me to keep the product because it was not feasible for the company to send it back.

I couldn't find bakers yeast, so I decided to try this one, it works great and the dough usually doubled in size in about an hour.
